Every Rings & Bands purchase is eligible for free shipping. Pre-Order items are usually shipped within 10 – 15 business days while readily available items are shipped within 24 – 48 hours from order and payment confirmation. If payment is made by personal cheques, the item will be held until the cheque clears – usually a minimum of 2 days, at times up to 7 days from the time we receive it – at which point the goods will be shipped. We ship worldwide with DHL Express International. Delivery times are dependent on the country’s customs. In order to deter theft of our packages, we will declare the value of international orders and label the contents appropriately. Packages will be insured for their actual value. are responsible for duties and taxes. DHL Express will NOT deliver packages to P.O. Boxes.


At Rings & Bands, we stand behind every piece of jewelry we sell. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 5 business days of receipt. All items must be in the original box and unworn. To exchange an order, please contact us at +234 813 298 7938. Exchanges will be processed within a day of receipt.


We subject each of our products to rigorous quality control standards. In the rare event that you find an imperfection or defect, within 3 months of purchase, we invite you to send it back to be inspected by one of our master jewelers. If the defect is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process, we’ll replace or repair the item at no cost to you. If it is determined that the damage was due to normal wear-and-tear, we will repair the product at a fee. Rings & Bands cannot guarantee the work of other jewelers. (Please note we do not replace damaged, lost or missing diamonds and gems from rings or settings for free).
